Everyone was polite and helpful when I needed it

It was all online and as I work that was convenient for me as I did not have to make phone calls or appointments.

As above, had to bend the application process a bit to suit the fact that I was only transferring existing cash ISA funds into this new account. Received confirmation details as expected, but didn't need any other service. The on-line processes did everything I needed, which was swift and exactly what I wanted.

Everything to do with the ISA transfer was easy to complete online.
